Dame Joanna Lumley, Ricky Gervais, Evanna Lynch, James McVey, Lucy Watson and Tiffany Watson have collaborated with Humane Society International to share their favourite vegan Christmas recipes for inclusion in the charity's EatKind Festive Guide.

The recipes include Lucy's Merry Mushroom Pâté, Tiffany's Spicy Soy Sprouts, Gervais's Tofurky and Trimmings, and Lumley's Rich Red Wine Gravy. The Absolutely Fabulous star commented 'At Christmas time it makes me feel happier to think that no creature has suffered just so that I can celebrate. I hope the recipes in HSI's fantastic festive guide inspires people to be a bit daring, and dance under the stars with a cruelty-free plate of fabulous vegetables, stuffings, pies and sauces.
